Welcome to OUR HOA Community

The Highlands subdivision is located in Floyd County, Georgia, just outside the city limits of Rome.  We are 4.5 miles from Shorter Avenue and GA 20.  Located at the southwestern end of Burnett Ferry Road, near Mays Bridge Road and State Route 1 Loop, also known as the West Rome Bypass.

The neighborhood is presently composed of 95 homes in the Highlands Property Owners’ Association (POA).  The POA is led by a Board of homeowners who want to make this the best neighborhood to in Rome, Georgia!  We are governed by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, with minimal yearly dues.

We are young families, middle agers, and seniors enjoying and living in the same neighborhood.  We have friendly neighborhood activities and contests held thru out the year.  We enjoy common areas such as a playground with picnic tables, and fishing available in Beech Creek.

We're only minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, churches, recreation parks, and downtown Rome. With our active neighborhood watch and our FB page, our residents have helped to keep our area safe!
